About KKRS Sangha
KKRS Sangha is a registered association for Christian Reddy families in Bengaluru and around the world. Established on 11 June 2011, we were founded with a simple belief: when our community stands together in faith and service, every family grows stronger.
🕊 Our Vision
To build a united, service-oriented Christian Reddy community that preserves our cultural identity, deepens our faith, and ensures no member is left behind.
🤝 Our Mission
To bring Christian Reddy families together through fellowship, cultural programmes, and mutual support — while helping members access opportunities for education, health, and financial growth.
🌱 Our Future Plans
As a growing Sangha, we are committed to starting the following initiatives:
-
1. Faith & Fellowship
Organise Christmas and Easter community gatherings, prayer meetings, carol rounds, and Bible study groups for youth and adults to strengthen our spiritual bond.
-
2. Cultural & Family Programmes
Host Sangha Day once every three years and yearly family get-togethers and events that celebrate both our Christian faith and Reddy heritage, helping the next generation stay connected to our roots.
-
3. Women's Wing and Empowerment
A dedicated Women's Wing shall be constituted to facilitate prayer fellowships, skill development programmes, health awareness initiatives, and support networks for mothers, widows, and senior women. The Wing shall promote self-employment opportunities and provide guidance on availing government schemes for women entrepreneurs and the education of girl children. The appointment of a Women's Wing President remains an organisational objective for the future.
-
4. Youth Wing and Empowerment
A Youth Wing shall be established to engage Christian Reddy youth through leadership development, career guidance, sporting activities, and cultural programmes. The Wing shall coordinate Sunday school initiatives, employment referrals, higher education counseling, and volunteer participation in all Sangha service activities. The appointment of a Youth Wing President remains an organisational objective for the future.
-
5. Documentation & Government Support
Guide members to obtain Minority Community Certificate and Income Certificate. We will conduct application camps and provide step-by-step help so families can access eligible benefits.
-
6. Access to Government Minority Schemes
Create awareness and assist eligible families to apply for Karnataka & Central Government minority schemes — including education scholarships, skill development, housing, and self-employment loans. Our goal is to ensure no member misses a benefit due to lack of information.
-
7. Medical & Essential Support
Set up a fund to help poor members with medicine costs during medical emergencies. We will verify needs and support families who cannot afford essential treatment.
-
8. Christmas Service Initiative
Every December, we will identify Christian Reddy families in need and organise distribution of grocery kits so all can celebrate Christmas with dignity and joy.
-
9. Member Welfare & Senior Support
Support network for senior members, bereavement assistance, job and matrimonial information sharing, and home visit teams for the elderly and housebound.
